I have been taking Rest Easy and I get a good night sleep and it has other healing effects. Since I have been drinking it, the swelling in the left ball of my foot has tremedously has gone down. I have not ached – usually my bones hurt of rhuemetism and arthritis. I have been feeling good. I will continue to keep drinking this and telling all my family, friends and relatives. It tastes good.
